Hotel Accommodation

Any requests for hotel accommodation must be made via the online registration form and are to be accompanied by a credit card number in order to secure the room.

 

This credit card will not be charged by the organizers but only serves as a reservation guarantee. Delegates will have to pay their hotel room and personal expenses at the hotel upon check-out.

 

A confirmation of the hotel booking will be sent by email after receipt of the on-line registration form, the housing request and the payment of the registration fee.

 

Participants are requested not to contact the hotel directly in order to avoid double bookings. If changes are to be made to the original hotel reservation, please contact Medicongress: Laurence@medicongress.com.
